MMAF (Monomethyl Auristatin F) is a synthetic anti-tumor agent known for its antimitotic properties, derived as an auristatin derivative. This compound acts as an antitubulin agent, blocking cell division by inhibiting the polymerization of tubulin, a crucial protein for cell division​. MMAF has found its application as a cytotoxic payload in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) aimed at targeted cancer therapy.
